We took a stroll into town the other day.
While at Alley’s General Store, I happened to look up.
A sparrow family had found a hole at the bottom of the rakeboard trim and had nested behind it.

The gutter is a great place to hang out.
There was lots of activity as the parents fed the fledged chicks.
By hap, I got this shot.
I like the angles and almost-all-straight lines.
And also how few lines it takes to say “birds”.
